Chance to Visit Pharmacies in Tulsa

Pharmacy Technician instructors had the opportunity today to visit pharmacies in Tulsa to renew old internship agreements and to establish new ones. We were greeted with much enthusiasm at a pharmacy we had tried years ago but was under different management. The PT program will be 10 years old this coming May and we have demonstrated that we are a valuable asset to the city of Tulsa and surrounding areas. More than one hospital pharmacy is staffed with almost half of their technicians graduating from Platt College. Platt Colleges in Tulsa, OKC, and Lawton continue to be a major source of skillfully trained and educated pharmacy technicians. We can't wait for classes to resume on Monday, May 26th.
